Integration & Civil Society Specialist
Jodelle Kayo is a community activist and expert in health and human rights with more than 15 years of experience. She began her career as a journalist before becoming fully involved in Cameroonian civil society. Her career path has led her to conduct numerous diagnostic and evaluation missions for civil society organizations in several countries across Africa and the Indian Ocean. Her ongoing commitment is focused on ensuring equitable access to healthcare and health services for all. Aware of persistent inequalities in corporate environments, she is now tackling the challenge of integrating gender perspectives into the professional world. She recently expanded this expertise by earning a certificate in gender studies.
Blaise Chamango
Peace and Humanitarian Action Specialist
Chamango Blaise Aimé is a development and human rights professional with more than 12 years of experience in humanitarian affairs, governance, program management, and emergency response. He founded Human Is Right in 2012 and is an active civil society leader and human rights advocate. Blaise has extensive expertise in public policy, gender, peacebuilding, and stakeholder engagement, and has supported more than 20 organizations. He has contributed at both the national and international levels, working with Amnesty International and REDHAC. He holds a master’s degree in Human Rights and Development and is committed to justice for all.

Steve Tchoumba is a pan-African leader in the innovation ecosystem and Secretary of the AfriLabs Board, with more than 10 years of experience managing institutions dedicated to digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and early-stage financing. As Executive Director of ActivSpaces, he has implemented multi-donor programs (AFD, GIZ, World Bank, OIF) to support founders and hubs, and has led cross-sector coalitions such as the 237 Digital Trade Innovation Lab to capitalize on opportunities presented by the AfCFTA. As a Desmond Tutu Fellow, he is committed to capacity building, creating opportunities for youth, and building sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Sévan Seppo

Sévan Seppo is a digital architect and expert in impact communication, with extensive experience in digital transformation and institutional advocacy. He served as Digital Development Manager at Media Plus, then as Country Manager at Louanicom, where he orchestrated complex communication strategies. He is currently a Senior Consultant at Makrea, where he leads large-scale projects with organizations such as GIZ and CAMPASS. As an AI-enhanced full-stack developer, he also drives innovative ecosystems in Fintech, Transportation, and LegalTech. His expertise combines technical development and strategic communication, and he is committed to addressing the socio-economic challenges of the future.
Hervé Djia
Hervé Djia is a digital transformation professional with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of enterprise architecture, functional analysis, and the management of complex technology programs. He leads multi-stakeholder projects in Africa and Europe, from solution design through to production deployment. He currently heads ST Digital’s Transformation Studio, a multidisciplinary unit that combines Business Solutions, Digital Agency, AI Task Force, and Transformation Consulting. He works with major institutional clients such as central banks, government ministries, and international organizations, with a strong commitment to the modernization and efficiency of digital systems.

Mfoumou Eyi has been an agricultural engineer specializing in rural economics and sociology since 2003. A graduate of the University of Dschang in Cameroon and holder of a Master II degree in Environmental Impact Studies from CRESA Forêt-Bois (University of Yaoundé), she is a scientific and technical officer at IRAD (Mbalmayo Institute for Agricultural Research and Development). There, she works on project monitoring and evaluation, surveys, and capacity building for stakeholders. She has conducted numerous studies in the field of agricultural research and published several scientific articles. She is committed to promoting innovation and sustainable development in the rural sector.

Loïc Ivan Ewane is a lawyer specializing in natural resources law and sustainable development, with expertise in climate and biodiversity. A graduate of the University of Douala, he works on issues related to environmental compliance, corporate social responsibility, and resource governance. His experience working with public institutions, industrial companies, and non-profit organizations has enabled him to develop skills in project management, legal analysis, and stakeholder coordination. With solid experience in client relations and legal consulting, he is capable of taking on technical responsibilities for high-impact projects. Cédric Minlo
Storytelling, Webtoons & Multimedia Design
Cédric Minlo is a Cameroonian illustrator and comic book author with nearly 15 years of experience in visual storytelling. In 2013, he worked as an illustrator at Kiro’o Games, Cameroon’s first video game studio. As a creator of comic books and webtoons, he has participated in international programs and festivals in Germany, France, Congo-Brazzaville, and Nigeria. In 2025, he won the African Webtoon Award for his series Mercy Sanaga Akwa. In addition to his personal projects, Cédric supports businesses and individuals by offering a variety of services: comics, video games, 2D animation, children’s books, and storyboards. He is committed to promoting African creativity and expanding the reach of the visual arts.

René Nkowa is a graduate of the Lille School of Journalism and works as a strategist, content creator, and trainer. He has collaborated with renowned institutions such as the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), GIZ, Focus 2030, the Foundation for Innovation in Democracy, and France Médias Monde. For ten years, he ran the blog “From Douala With Love” and served as the first president of the Cameroon Bloggers Association, actively contributing to the development of the media and digital landscape. His expertise in communication and multimedia production enables him to increase the visibility of initiatives and promote engaging narratives.
